Silicon Valley Culture' refers to a workplace culture which encourages the reduction of corporate regulatory structures and hierarchies within a company and the maximisation of individual employees' freedom in their working habits. It does not solely refer to firms in Silicon Valley or the tech industry.

The phrase initially became popular as a trend on TikTok where users, mostly women, shared videos of their partners doing nice things for them (e.g. buying flowers, planning extravagant dates) with this caption.
